An informal gathering of the philanthropic partners and professional leadership of the Working Together Initiative took place at the Binyamina home of Shula Mozes, Chair of the Initiative and Chair of Lamerhav on Monday December 4th 2017. Those attending included Judith Yovel Recanati – Chair, Gandyr Foundation, trustees of The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation Martin H. Blank, Jr. and Richard S. Ziman and Michal Tzuk- Director of Employment Regulation and Senior Deputy Director General, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Meiri Ben Sasson – CEO of Lamerhav, Dr. Ronit Amit – CEO, Gandyr Foundation, Laurie Heller – Israel representative of The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation and Atar Razi-Oren – CEO of the Bayad Foundation.
Reut Kidron -WTI Partnership Director and the CEO of Eretz – Ir (the integrating body) Bella Alexandrov updated the participants on the implementation of the project on the ground. Shula Mozes summed up the discussion emphasizing the need to document its progress to learn for future initiatives.
