Working with at-risk young adults – training course

A training course for mentors and those working with at-risk young adults.

Anyone working with young adults is welcome to sign up!

The course is a cooperative effort of the National Forum of Organizations for Young Adults At-Risk, the JDC-Israel Ashalim program, and the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services.

Training will follow along the workflow utilized when working with young adults at-risk and will match the stages of the mentoring process. It will include both the theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to each stage, and make use of peer learning that takes advantage of the field knowledge accumulated by those working with young adults.

Target Audience

Anyone with up to 2 years-experience of working with, mentoring, or training young adults at-risk.

The Yeda Ashalim Center at the Avgad House

12 meetings, every other Wednesday, 9:00-15:00
